Jeffrey C. Jarecki
Attorney
Jeff Jarecki has a diverse practice that allows him to meet his clients’ many different needs. Jeff is equally comfortable handling both transactional matters and litigation. Jeff is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a Fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation and is a past President of the Nebraska Land Title Association.
Jeff is a native of Northeast Nebraska where he graduated from Boone Central High School. Jeff went on to attend the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science. He then attended the Creighton University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor with a concentration in business law.
Katherine E. Sharp

Katie Sharp’s practice is comprehensive, allowing her to serve a variety of clients’ needs. Katie has experience in litigation, estate planning, and family law, as well as transactional law. Katie is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, and Order of the Barristers.
Katie is a native of Fullerton, Nebraska, where she graduated from Fullerton High School. She then attended Nebraska Wesleyan University where she graduated with high distinction with a Bachelor of Arts. Katie attended the University of Nebraska College of Law and earned her Juris Doctor with a concentration in litigation.
Kyle A. Petersen

Kyle Petersen maintains a country law practice, which means he provides legal services for a variety of matters. From estate planning and real estate transactions to civil litigation, Kyle has experience solving problems for clients and obtaining their desired results. Kyle is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as well as a member of the Real Estate Practice Guidelines Committee.
Kyle is a Northeast Nebraska native and graduated from Elkhorn Valley High School. He attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then attended the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree with distinction.
Kent R. Olson
Attorney
Kent Olson provides counsel on a variety of matters across rural Nebraska. Kent enjoys working with farmers, ranchers, and small business owners, a passion that is spurred by his own experiences with his family’s farm and businesses. Kent is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
Kent is originally from Atkinson, Nebraska. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration. He went on to graduate cum laude from Creighton University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor.
Heather K. Kohtz
Abstracter
Heather Kohtz is a native of Albion, Nebraska, having graduated from Albion High School. She earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Central Community College in Columbus, Nebraska, and then went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies from Chadron State College, graduating magna cum laude. She became a Registered Abstracter in 2000 and a licensed Title Agent in 2013. Heather is also a member of the Land Title Association.
Kate Chlopek

Kate Chlopek is originally from Gering, Nebraska, and relocated to eastern Nebraska in 2018. With a diverse resume ranging from vendor compliance to the arts, plus over 10 years of experience in corporate management, leadership training and team building, Kate offers a blend of efficiency and creativity that benefits our attorneys, assistants and clients. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting with an emphasis in Managerial Accounting and Financial Planning.
Sandra M. Christo

Sandy was born and raised in Schuyler, Nebraska, having graduated from Schuyler Central High School. She went on to attend Creighton University, before starting and raising a family. During that time, she was also actively involved in her community, having served on the local school board, high school foundation board, her church’s parish council and the county extension board.
Sandy has worked as a legal assistant in law offices in Schuyler and Columbus for 30+ years. She brings a wide range of experience as support staff in the legal field, and is dedicated to providing the best legal service to the firm’s clients.
Sarah M. Seda

Sarah Seda was born and raised in Spalding, Nebraska, graduating from Spalding Academy in 2006. She earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Elementary Regular and Special Education with a minor in Coaching from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Sarah assists attorneys in the office with meeting client’s needs.
Renee Classen

Renee Classen was raised in Lindsay Nebraska, and is a 2014 graduate from Lindsay Holy Family school. She received her Associates of applied science degree for administrative assistance from Northeast Community College. Her work experience ranges from customer service to working in banking.
Kylee Olnes
Assistant
Kylee Olnes was born and raised in Akron, Nebraska. She went to school at Spalding Public School up until middle school, then moved to Albion to attend Boone Central Schools where she graduated in 2018. She attended Northeast Community College where she graduated with an Associate of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice. Additionally, she earned a Paralegal Certificate from Johnson County Community College. Kylee assists the Attorneys and clients by utilizing her education in paralegal studies.
